When an order is placed you will get an arder confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.
Shipping & Packaging All orders are packed with exceptional care using double‑walled boxes, layered bubble wrap, corner protection and secure void fill. Mirrors and heavier vintage pieces are given additional reinforcement to ensure they travel safely.
UK Delivery Items are sent via a fully tracked courier service of your choice. Shipping for heavier or fragile pieces is calculated by weight and packaging requirements to ensure safe arrival.
International Delivery International shipping is available on most items, including heavier pieces such as mirrors. Parcels are sent using a tracked and reliable service, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes applied by their country.
Processing Time Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days. Larger or more delicate items may require an additional day for careful packing.
Vintage Condition & Responsibility All items are vintage and may show signs of age, which will always be described honestly. Once dispatched, your parcel is fully insured and tracked, and Nikky's Vintage Home Edit will support you with any delivery issues should they arise.
Sustainability Where possible, packaging materials are recycled or reused without compromising the safety of your item.
Delivery
You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). Nikky's Home Vintage Edit assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control.
Returns Policy
Nikky's Vintage Home Edit accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging. No products may be returned to Nikky's Vintage Home Edit without the prior written consent of Nikky's Vintage Home Edit and are subject to a return charge.
